Review: Working it Out by Rachel Anderson

Working It Out A chance encounter . . . Grace Warren's life is safe and predictable—exactly the way she likes it. But when she gets roped into going to an auction to help out a friend, everything changes. She meets Seth Tuttle—a guy who unexpectedly kisses her then disappears, leaving her flustered and upset. If she never sees him again, it will be too soon.
A chance for love . . . Weeks later, when Seth limps into Grace's rehab clinic post surgery, she immediately recognizes him. Unfortunately, he's every bit as frustrating and annoying as she remembered. Yet there's something about him that makes her second-guess her carefully placed boundaries even though he's everything she's sure she doesn't want in a man. But maybe Seth is exactly what Grace has needed all along—assuming she's willing to risk safe and predictable for a chance at love.

My Thoughts:

I find it so comforting to know there's always authors out their who will write just what I need when I need it.  Rachel is just such an author.  I can always count on her to write a book that makes me laugh, tear up, laugh again.  I love that her characters deal with realistic problems and take time to find the solutions.  Grace is a very stubborn woman.  Now THAT I can relate to.  She has her life the way she wants it, with the exception of some unresolved issues with her brother.  She likes staying on the "safe side" of the road.  Seth also has his life exactly how he wants it.  He lives it to the fullest, scoffing at any suggestion to be more cautious.  It takes their friends and family to make them see they each have what the other one needs.
I've recommended Rachel Anderson books to several friends and they have ALL loved them.  I think you will too.
